Why was the event postponed? I thought this event was all about "stinky" weather.
Due to persistent icy road conditions, freezing temperatures affecting biking trails, coupled with Friday and Saturday's snow forecast, Redmond Rotary decided to reschedule.
Do I need to re-register for the new date?
No. If you registered for the 2/9 date you are automatically registered for the new 3/9 date.
How do I Request a Refund?
Typically, refunds are not provided, but this week’s weather prompts unusual measures. We understand that if you can’t make the rescheduled March 9th ride, those registered before the Feb. 6th postponement will be able to obtain a refund by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We should get back to you within 24 hours as we check this account daily each evening. We appreciate your participation and hope you can make the March 9th event, as proceeds from Stinky Spoke benefits local groups serving our community, as well as philanthropy around the world.
What if I can’t make the new date and don’t ask for a refund? Do I still get my beanie and Stinky Spoke pint glass?

What is the process for existing riders requesting a refund and will it be a full refund?
Yes, full refunds will be provided. Please send an email to RedmondWaRotary@gmail.com request a refund and it will be forwarded to the person handling refunds. We check this email account at least once a day. Usually takes under 24 hours to initiate the refund.
Will the route start/stop location be the same?
Yes. Same route. We will do our best to keep everything as it was planned for the original date. We are still working through the communications required given the large number of participating businesses sponsoring the event.
